The Lifestyle Rhythms Fitness Training Program is accredited by Fitness Australia and is one of the most comprehensive dance/fitness courses available in the world. During the 2 days of the course, students will be provided with the fundamental and advanced instructing methods for a dance fitness program. The students will benefit from the vast knowledge and experience of our who will guide, mentor, instruct and demonstrate the most efficient and effective coaching methods tailored to the ‘dance fitness format’.
The course is based on a advanced cuing techniques, both visual and audible in order to provide the necessary skills to instruct a fast paced and high impact dance based fitness program.
